Actually, it was caught on tape from multiple angles, with CBSSports creating a censored edition that bleeps out some not safe for work words uttered by cheering New York fans.
Colon seems unharmed after the stumble, but he does look pretty embarrassed as he trips again while trying to get away from the scene as quickly as possible.
