You may have heard today is Back to the Future day.

You may be aware that Wednesday is the day that Marty McFly travels to in Back to the Future: Part II. Of course you’re aware. It’s been all over the internet all day. There’s been so much quality BTTF content that much of it may have been lost in the shuffle. We’ve rounded up all of the best jokes, videos and Photoshops from the sports world. 

Back to the Future: Part II featured a baseball team from Miami, so the Marlins got in on the action by changing their Twitter avatar. The Knicks quizzed Robin Lopez on the movie and Royals pitcher Jeremy Guthrie actually wore Nike MAG shoes.
