Tommy Lasorda Busts a Move
The holiday season is here and Tiffany Oshinskyis counting down the 12 Days of Christmas (the Hot Clicks version, at least) with one version each weekday. We're kicking off the list with Tommy Lasorda showing off his dancing skills. And like all things involving Lasorda, it is tremendous.
Thursday Night Football Round-Up
The Cardinals clinched a playoff berth with a 23-20 win over the Vikings. Among the highlights: Adrian Peterson scored his 100th career touchdown on a sweet side cut. he also destroyed Patrick Peterson on another play ... John Brown countered with a 65-yard touchdown catch ... Larry Fitzgerald had one of the best pancake blocks of the season ... Bruce Arians will not be fined for wearing his "Gatsby" cap.
Nets Screw Up Jewish Heritage Night
The Nets hosted Jewish Heritage Night on Thursday and actually won a game, which is a somewhat rare occurrence these days (even if the win was against Philly). But the team still screwed up big time by selling shirts that say “Represent Brooklyn” in Hebrew with part of the Hebrew misspelled. I mean, it's not like there are any Jewish people living in Brooklyn. Oh wait.
