Watch: Spurs mascot captures loose bat in arena before game

For some reason, the Spurs have a problem with bats flying around near the court at the AT&T Center. Luckily, they’ve usually got someone on hand to do some pest control (like Manu Ginobili, ready to swat it right out of the air).
Another flying mammal got loose inside the arena on Monday night, so the Spurs called on a natural predator to take care of business—their coyote mascot. Judging by his Batman costume, it was just supposed to be a joke, but the coyote proved to be an effective exterminator.

Surely Manu frowns upon his use of a net.
