Some of the NFL’s biggest names are heading to Quahog, R.I., to help out Peter Griffin and the rest of the Family Guy cast in the mobile game “Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff”.
Tom Brady, Cam Newton, Richard Sherman, Rob Gronkowski and Brett Favre are among the players who will be lending their likeness and voice to the app as part of the “Road to the Big Game” promotion.
Here are a few great snow moments in sports history
The goal of the game is to help rebuild the fictional New England town after it is destroyed by a battle with the shows “Giant Chicken” character, and now you can enlist the help of football stars while interacting with Brian, Lois, Stewie and the rest of the animated stars.
This is not the first time celebrities have made an appearance in the popular mobile game, with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis and Snoop Dogg appearing in previous updates of the app.
Brady is no stranger to Family Guy, appearing on the show to recruit Peter Griffin to play for the Patriots in the 2006 episode “Patriot Games”.
