Vin Scully has been working in baseball for 67 years, but the game’s penchant for superstition hasn’t rubbed off on him. 

During Thursday’s game against the Diamondbacks, the Dodgers announcer went on an outstanding tangent about the number 13. Arizona shortstop Nick Ahmed wears the traditionally unlucky No. 13, but Scully thinks it’s actually a lucky number in America.

But Scully left out another 13 factoid: Since the Dodgers moved to Los Angeles, 13 players have worn No. 13
