Hafþór Bjornsson is known for two things: Playing “The Mountain” on Game of Thrones and being very, very strong.
While Cersei Lannister’s personal guard has not seen much action so far on the HBO hit so far this season, Bjornsson decided to get ready for the upcoming Arnold Classic South Africa competition by strapping himself to a 17-ton truck and pulling it for multiple laps, according to TMZ Sports.
He also picked up a comically large dumbbell to get in some shoulder work.
Earlier this year Bjornsson came in fifth at the Arnold Strongman Classic which means there are actually people even stronger than him, which is hard to believe.
