Red Sox first baseman Hanley Ramirez has helmet issues. When he runs, or even hits, it frequently falls off.
Well, on Sunday, he decided enough was enough. Hanley preemptively removed his helmet after swiping second base and seeing the ball fly into centerfield so that it would not fall off as he dashed for third.
It was a pretty smart move, but Hanley looked like a goof running with his helmet like a football or something.

I think Hanley’s helmet has surpassed Bartolo Colon’s helmet as the best helmet in baseball.
