Bill Murray crashes White House press briefing, picks the Cubs in Game 6
Murray crashed a press briefing and declared that the Cubs would win Game 6.
Bill Murray is in Washington, D.C., to accept the 2016 Mark Twain Prize for American Humor at the Kennedy Center on Sunday, but before that he stopped by the White House to see President Obama and deliver an address about the Cubs.
Murray crashed a press briefing and declared that the Cubs would win Game 6.
“I feel very confident. Clayton Kershaw is a great, great pitcher, but we’ve got too many sticks,” Murray said.
The Cubs, leading the Dodgers 3–2 in the NLCS, can capture a spot in the World Series with a win in Game 6 on Saturday night. Though it doesn’t appear Murray will make it, seeing as he’s in D.C., you truly never know where he will be any given night. Who knows.
