This may be the most baffling onside kick attempt in history

That’s now how it works.

Steelers kicker Chris Boswell set up for an advantageous onside kick during Sunday’s 21–14 loss to the Ravens, only to fail miserably.

He attempted what’s known in the soccer world as a “Rabona,” the act of swinging your kicking foot behind your plant foot to kick in the opposite direction. This, of course, would fool the opposition...if done right.

Now, Boswell isn’t crazy. He tried this in college while playing for the Rice Owls.

He’s really lost it in the last three years, it seems.
