Chicago Cubs starting pitcher Jake Arrieta decided to shave his beard after the team's first World Series win in 108 years.

On Sunday, his wife tweeted a photo of her family with John Lackey's family before heading to Austin. (Unless that's not actually Arrieta standing next to Lackey and the 2015 National League Cy Young Award winner was the guy behind the camera.)

Arrieta has 137 days to grow back his beard in time for Cubs' Opening Day against the St. Louis Cardinals.

He could probably grow it back to what it was in three or so days.
