After the NFC edged the AFC in Sunday’s Pro Bowl Games, 35–33, Eli Manning took to social media to celebrate the win and poke fun at his brother Peyton, who was coaching the AFC on Sunday.

“Alright, it’s official,” Eli said in a video posted on the league’s Twitter account. “You can’t doubt it. I’m the greatest coach of the Mannings. I’m so much better at coaching than Peyton it’s unbelievable. The NFC won, the guys bought in; they played awesome. There’s too many good players to name an MVP. The whole NFC gets MVP this year.”

The newly revamped format featured flag football, dodgeball and skills competitions, but it was not short on drama even without the tackling. It was back and forth with the NFC ultimately securing the victory.

Given the recent decline in ratings for the conventional Pro Bowl game, it will be interesting to see what kind of television ratings this year’s modified format was able to accumulate.

Regardless, Eli will have bragging rights over his brother for the foreseeable future.
