Rihanna Pregnant With Second Child, Reps Confirm After Super Bowl Halftime Show

The pop star sparked speculation during her performance when she rubbed her stomach multiple times.

Rihanna seemed to subtly announce during her Super Bowl LVII halftime show that she is pregnant with her second child. The singer’s representatives confirmed the news to Rolling Stone shortly after her 13-minute performance.

There was speculation about Rihanna’s pregnancy following the show, especially after she appeared to rub her stomach during the performance.

Rihanna had her first child, a boy, in May with rapper A$AP Rocky. The rapper was seen supporting Rihanna on the field during her performance.

The nine-time Grammy Award winner performed 12 songs during her halftime show on Sunday. Some of the songs included “Where Have You Been,” “We Found Love,” “Wild Thoughts” and “Diamonds,” to name a few.

Rihanna sported a full red outfit with her belly bump exposed by an open jacket. She danced throughout the performance, including in songs “Work” and “Rude Boy.”
