Keyshawn Johnson: Aaron Rodgers Is QB Under Most Pressure to Win Super Bowl

The NFL analyst had one signal caller in mind who was under the most pressure to secure the Lombardi Trophy.
In this story:

On Friday’s episode of Keyshawn, JWill and Max, former NFL wide receiver Keyshawn Johnson revealed his list of quarterbacks under the most pressure to win a title.

The top six began with Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, followed by Josh Allen of the Bills, Dak Prescott of the Cowboys, Lamar Jackson of the Ravens, Justin Herbert of the Chargers and Joe Burrow of the Bengals.

Rodgers, who is fresh out of a darkness retreat, has an uncertain future in Green Bay, where he has spent his entire career and has captured one Super Bowl title. The other quarterback on that list with a murky future is Jackson, who is a free agent this offseason but is expected to be franchise tagged by the Ravens to remain in Baltimore, barring a trade.

As for Rodgers, the 39-year-old signed a massive contract extension to remain in Green Bay last offseason. However, after a down year with the Packers, questions surround the franchise and the direction they want to move in as they look to the future.

Rodgers wanted to be paid like a top quarterback during last year’s negotiations, but his performance this season didn’t measure up to his back-to-back MVP campaigns in 2020 and ’21.

Now, with a hefty contract and uncertain future, Rodgers will be under immense pressure to deliver a Super Bowl according to Johnson, whether that be in Green Bay or elsewhere.
