Christian McCaffrey, Olivia Culpo Announce Engagement

The couple has been together since 2019.

San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey proposed to his girlfriend, former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo, on April 2, the couple announced over the weekend in an Instagram post.

McCaffrey and Culpo have been a couple since 2019, during his third pro season with the Panthers. Culpo noted in their three-year anniversary Instagram post last June that they were set up by mutual friends.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model posted a few photos of the proposal, which appear to feature a rocky backdrop. The five photos are in black and white, with one including a close-up of the engagement ring.

Culpo did not hint at a possible wedding date in her Instagram post.

McCaffrey will be entering his seventh season in the league in 2023. He recorded 1,139 rushing yards and eight touchdowns on 244 carries, along with 741 receiving yards and five touchdowns on 85 catches, during the 2022 season.

Culpo currently stars on the HBO Max reality show The Culpo Sisters, in which she appears alongside her sisters, Sophia and Aurora.
