Mike Tomlin Reacts Hilariously to Son’s TD Celebration in Boston College Spring Game
Steelers coach Mike Tomlin is known as a no-nonsense leader, which makes his response to his son’s touchdown grab and subsequent celebration in Boston College’s spring game all the more sublime.
Dino Tomlin hauled in Emmett Morehead’s pass in the back corner of the end zone Saturday afternoon and proceeded to celebrate. The 6-foot, 180-pound wideout displayed some sleek dance moves, but apparently that didn’t impress his famous dad too much.
“The Dad in me finds this quite funny, the Coach in me, not so much! Lol,” the elder Tomlin tweeted.
Dino, who spent three seasons with Maryland to begin his college career, made 10 receptions for 181 yards for the Eagles last season.
Boston College will need to replace the targets vacated by Zay Flowers, who led the club with 78 receptions for 1,077 yards and 12 touchdowns. The electric wideout is expected to hear his name called early in this month’s NFL draft.
Dino Tomlin is expected to be a major factor in the Eagles offense in 2023. However, he may have to work a little harder at impressing his father with his celebrations.
