The Cardinals unveiled three new uniforms for the first time since 2005 on Thursday night, and they created quite the stir on social media—but perhaps not for reasons they’d hoped.

The new uniforms take a simplistic, monochromatic look, with all-red home unis, all-white on the road and an all-black alternate.

To many NFL fans, these uniforms came off as boring, and far too similar to the team’s previous uniforms. To others, they appeared to be eerily similar to a well-known uniform in the football world: the Ohio State Buckeyes.

The Big 10 powerhouse has been rocking the same colors for some time now. The black alternates with the stripe on the sleeve have particularly become a recent staple. While it’s unlikely Arizona was trying to play copycat to one of college football’s top programs, there’s no denying the resemblance between the two teams’ game-day garb.

Here are some of the reactions comparing the two programs’ uniforms.
