Lakers Provide Playoff Towels for Fans That Include Bonkers 'Instructions'

Each towel comes with a set of three instructions and a note of caution.

The Lakers are gearing up for a pivotal Game 4 against the Grizzlies on Monday night. Fans in attendance at the Crypto.com Arena will be treated with a playoff towel to wave in support of the team. 

In order to eliminate the possibility of any confusion over the practical purpose of the towel, the organization decided to lend a helping hand and provide instructions on how to properly utilize them, via Ava Brand. 

Each towel had a set of three instructions written on them, and there was even a note of caution included at the bottom. The instructions informed fans to “grab towel by corner with one hand, wave towel clockwise or counterclockwise (your choice) and repeat.”

In addition to the listed instructions, Los Angeles also warned fans to exercise caution when waving the towel in the presence of chewing gum. 

The Lakers lead the series against the Grizzlies, 2–1, and will look to add to their lead with a win in Game 4. Los Angeles is likely expecting a full house of fans for Monday’s tilt, and now each of those supporters will have a towel to wield and a bizarre set of instructions to ensure things go smoothly.
