Major League Baseball has a few umpires that fans know by name, which isn’t a good thing for those guys in blue because it typically means they are not good at their jobs. 

Phil Cuzzi is one of those umps, and over the weekend he had another moment that had fans fuming about the way he handled a situation. 

Cuzzi, who threw Mets star Max Scherzer out of a game earlier this year, was the home plate umpire in Sunday’s Astros-Mariners game in Seattle. Cuzzi didn’t like what he saw from Astros pitcher Matt Gage and called him for a balk. But look at how he made the call:
