Tyler Herro may have spent Game 4 of the Eastern Conference finals, which the Heat lost, sidelined with a broken hand, but that didn’t prevent him from catching a stray on the TNT broadcast for his wild outfit choices.

Herro was in street clothes for Tuesday’s game, wearing striped pants and a purple bucket hat. After seeing Herro’s questionable outfit, Stan Van Gundy remarked that Herro needed to return from injury soon.

“You know the No. 1 reason the Heat need Tyler Herro back? Because his fashion is so bad on the bench that we need him in uniform,” Van Gundy joked.

Van Gundy wasn’t the only one questioning Herro’s fashion sense. Fans around the NBA chimed in once they saw Herro’s outfit for Game 4.

The good news: Van Gundy may get his wish sooner rather than later. Herro has been cleared to restart basketball activities, and it’s possible he could return if the Heat reach the NBA Finals.
