It’s a good thing for Warriors teammates Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson that Thursday’s The Match takes place on the golf course and not a basketball court.

Prior to the even getting underway, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes—who is one of their opponents on Thursday night—asked the teammates who they think would win in a three-point contest.

Apparently, Curry and Thompson are even right now as both of them have won one contest each, they said.

But, their other Golden State teammate Draymond Green, who worked as the moderator ahead of The Match, chimed in to give his own thoughts on the conversation.

“That’s b---s---,“ Green said. “I can beat both of them.”

Thompson roasted Green at the end of the clip reminding fans that Green almost lost to comedian Kevin Hart in a three-point contest.

Curry and Thompson made sure to also say that they each believe they would beat the other in a three-point contest. Curry noted that if there was a basketball court there now, that they would settle the conversation.

This rendition of “The Match” takes place on Thursday night between Curry and Thompson vs. Mahomes and Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
