Almost everyone seems to feel at least a little bit self-conscious about their screen time.

But have no worry. NBA insider Shams Charania’s is happy to put your screen usage into context.

Charania’s shared his screen time figure from the past week, which reflected the craziness of NBA free agency, which began Friday at 6 p.m. ET. Charania, who works for The Athletic, FanDuel and Stadium, is one of the top newsbreakers in the NBA space, so it’s no surprise he’s on his phone a lot.

But the exact number of hours he spends on his phone is difficult to fathom.

Charania posted a picture Sunday of his iPhone screen time notification, which stated that his time was up 11% last week for an average of 19 hours and one minute per day.

The reason Charania’s average is only up 11% is because his weekly average is around 17 hours per week during regular weeks in the season, per Bleacher Report.

Hopefully he has a charger handy at all times.
