Angel Hernandez has built a bad reputation over the years as being arguably the worst umpire in Major League Baseball, which is saying a lot because there seems to be a lot of really bad umps these days

Hernandez has been missing from action this season (he’s only worked one game on April 3), which led to many fans wondering if he lost his job, retired, or had been punished by MLB. 

Turns out, he was out for what Director of Major League Umpires Randy Marsh said he believed to be a “medical issue,” per USA Today’s For The Win

Well, it looks like Hernandez is attempting to make his return to MLB, as he’s been seen working some minor league games and, from the looks of a recent performance behind home plate, it’s clear that he’s still as bad as ever at his job.
