The Aaron Rodgers transformation from the final stretch of his tenure with the Packers, to the start of his time with the Jets has been one of the biggest NFL storylines this offseason. And regardless of anyone’s feelings on the situation, it’s tough to ignore just how much fun the future Hall-of-Fame quarterback appears to be having with his new team.

HBO’s Hard Knocks has already given a glimpse into how much of an impact Rodgers has had on the field, but it’s safe to say he’s also having no trouble making new friends in New York.

His new-found friendship with rising star Sauce Gardner is proof of that, and when cameras caught the two doing their own handshake, fans went wild.

Here are two looks at the handshake, with the first also showing backup quarterback Zach Wilson, who’s clearly enjoying the build-up to it.

This one is pulled off a clip from Hard Knocks, which shows a portion of the handshake between Sauce and Rodgers.

The reactions poured in and certainly didn’t disappoint.
