The Savannah Bananas exhibition baseball team regularly goes viral for their fun and quirky videos, often with spoofs based on the current social media trends.

But, on Monday, a Bananas highlight video went viral for quite the impressive catch during the actual game, reminding some fans that the team actually plays pretty good baseball, too.

A ball was hit out to center field, but Bananas outfielder DR Meadows made sure to make the catch in style. He did a full backflip, and still caught the ball in his glove. The crowd went absolutely wild once they realized Meadows got the out, even while doing the trick move.

Plays like this definitely make the Bananas stand out from regular MLB games. While fans are used to being awestruck by the club during each game they play, fans couldn’t help but react on social media to the backflip catch.
