Seattle's Luke Weaver made the fielding play of the year by a pitcher during Tuesday night’s home game against the Oakland A’s when he slid to grab a slowly hit grounder and somehow was able to get enough on the throw to first to get the runner on a bang-bang play that left fans in awe. 

Weaver, who was pulled from the game in the fourth inning, made this look way too easy. While we’re used to seeing pitchers throwing nasty pitches, we’re not used to seeing them making plays like this.
