Raiders defensive end Chandler Jones appears to have had a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad Tuesday morning..

To wit, he posted several angry messages to his Instagram story, stating that the team had locked him out of its workout facility. In the posts, Jones railed against the Raiders and their leadership, specifically head coach Josh McDaniels and general manager David Ziegler. He even posted a screenshot of messages he purportedly sent to McDaniels.

“It’s a shame that I am a top athlete with 112 sacks in the NFL and I have to go to a local gym to work out during the season for no apparent reason,” Jones’s final message to McDaniels said. “This is wild to me Josh and you know it you need to do what’s right.”

The four-time Pro Bowler said he went to a local gym to work out instead of the Raiders facility. Jones added that although no one from the team apparently would accept his calls, the team supposedly contacted his ex-girlfriend instead.

“F— it, I don’t wanna play for the Raiders if that’s my HC, or GM,” Jones wrote.

The posts have since been deleted from Instagram, leaving observers unsure what to make of the apparent friction between Jones and the team.

Screenshots of Jones’s messages appear below.
