Patrick Mahomes Made Unfortunate Mistake in Tweet About Aaron Rodgers’s Injury

Whoops.

Aaron Rodgers’s debut with the New York Jets was short-lived Monday night, as he left the game after just four snaps with an ankle injury. He needed to be carted off the field and was seen in a walking boot back in the locker room area.

It was a nightmare situation for Jets fans, who were so pumped to have the legendary quarterback calling the shots for their team. We don’t know what Rodgers's status will be going forward (X-Rays were negative), but this was not the top of night the Jets were hoping for when they gave the keys of the franchise to the legendary QB in April.
