Former Detroit Pistons "Bad Boy" Isiah Thomas has a solution to his longstanding feud with Chicago Bulls great Michael Jordan.

Thomas has one simple request: an apology.

He recently spoke about the situation during an appearance on the Draymond Green podcast. Thomas and Jordan have beefed since the 1980s but it reached new heights in 2020.

Thomas said he got upset when Jordan called him an "asshole" during an episode of The Last Dance documentary.

"This dude got on national, international television and called me an asshole, somebody who has been really good to him," Thomas said to Green. "Until he apologizes on international television, no conversation. You can't apologize and have a private dinner when you done embarrassed me publicly. If you didn't mean it, say it publicly. Now if you meant it, let it stand. I'm good with that."

These two have been at odds since facing off against each other in the playoffs in the late 1980s. It then reached another level when Thomas was left off the 1992 Dream Team. Many felt it was because of Jordan, who at the time was the face of the league.

"When I didn't make the team, my reaction was, `Why didn't I make it?," Thomas said. "That was the first time I had never made the team. When you try out for a team, remember they used to write your name on the wall, `You made it.' My name was always on the wall. I always made the team. That was the first time I didn't make the team. Of course, I was hurt."'
