Belichick Might be Too Much For Atlanta

The Falcons will hold their second interview with the former Patriots head coach, is he too much for the culture in Atlanta
In this story:

The Falcons are in the market for a new head coach after firing Arthur Smith. With so many big names available this offseason, fans in Atlanta are left to speculate who might be their next head coach. Will McFadden and Dave Choate discussed whether or not Bill Belichick would be a good fit on the most recent episode of the Bleav in Falcons podcast.

“My qualms with him are who he is and the power he will wield within the organization as somebody who it is his way or the highway. He is somebody with a very particular approach to players that I don’t know would resonate with this locker room,” said Choate. “We have seen the way he handled Tom Brady wore him down over decades, but he treated Mac Jones the same way, and that went sideways quickly.”

With so many historically great head coaching candidates on the market, teams with openings need to make the right hire that fits their franchise the best. If an organization is not ready for the change that comes with someone like Belichick, it would be wise to look elsewhere.
