Chris Harris Jr. Reveals His Top 6 2024 NFL Draft Picks
The 2024 NFL Draft is less than two months away, and everyone has begun to reveal their mock drafts. One of the biggest aspects of the draft is if the Chicago Bears will use the #1 pick to take USC Trojans QB Caleb Williams, or if they go a much different route.
Chris Harris Jr. of the Let's Ride Podcast joined The Game Plan to break down who he foresees going in the top 6, including a surprise at #2.
"I'm definitely going with the Bears taking Caleb Williams. I think Caleb Williams is a generational talent, a guy who can go on the move, he can make unscripted plays, and bring some excitement. So you gotta trade Justin Fields and start off with Williams."

Harris believes what mostly everyone believes, and that is the Bears will take Caleb Williams from USC and trade Justin Fields to someone like the Broncos or Steelers.
"I got the Washington Commanders taking Drake Maye. They have high expectations for him to have a great career in the league. You know, Washington's been needing a quarterback for a long time. They have some weapons, but he'll be a good guy to plug in with Kingsbury...Patriots being able to take Jayden Daniels to be able to get a dynamic quarterback that can run and throw. The only thing that is going to be questionable is injuries. You know the Patriots don't like guys coming off a lot of injuries but I think they are taking Daniels for sure."

Harris has a bit of a surprise at his #2 pick. Most mock drafts and analysts think that the Commanders will take Jayden Daniels, but Harris has him falling to the Patriots while the Commanders taking Drake Maye.
"I think you got to continue to build around Kyler Murray.... Marvin Harrison Jr. going number four to the Cardinals, being able to give Kyler Murray a playmaking receiver."
"I'm thinking Kool-Aid McKinstry, cornerback from Alabama. We need some type of top-tier corner for those guys in the AFC West to deal with Patrick Mahomes."
"My favorite guy is Malik Nabers. I'm taking him from LSU. He's a physical receiver, a playmaking receiver, All-American. I was very tempted to go pick offensive tackle because the Giants' O-line has been horrendous, and you also have two generational talents at the tackle position with Joe Alt and the guy from Penn State."
Harris has some more surprises in his picks #4-6. He has the Cardinals taking wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., the best receiver in the draft, the Chargers selecting cornerback Kool-Aid McKinstry, and the Giants taking wide receiver Malik Nabers.
Harris certainly has a different idea in terms of his top 6 picks, and time will tell if he has nailed it.
