Chris Hogan Sees the Same "Level-Up" Nature Between Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes

Chris Hogan believes Patrick Mahomes possesses the same command of his team that Tom Brady had.

Since winning his third Super Bowl ring, Patrick Mahomes has been placed right alongside Tom Brady. Many pundits, fans, and former players have argued against who is better, but no one has been comparing the two alongside one another.

Chris Hogan of The Patriots Report did just that. Hogan discussed the same special "level-up" nature that Brady possessed, which he also sees in Mahomes.

"I played with Brady. I saw how great he was. I saw how well he was able to level up every single person around him. I do see that in Patrick and I do see him commanding that offense and that entire team."

Hogan was part of multiple Super Bowl runs with Brady, so he knows firsthand just how amazing the former QB was. However, he seems the same type of special nature as Mahomes.

Mahomes is only 28 and has won this third title, which is eerily right along the same trajectory as Brady. Brady and Mahomes are different because they know how to rally their team to win. They take command, even if that command means whipping the defense into shape.

"You know, Canton, Ohio. You can bet your ass that both of them will definitely be up there. We could talk about who was better until we're all blue in the face of who was better, but there are different quarterbacks in different eras. And they made their teams better and they won championships."

Mahomes will go down as one of the best, the same with Brady. While the argument will always be who is better, they offer something unique to the game of football. They are both legends in their own right.

Time will tell if Mahomes can catch up to how many rings Brady got in his illustrious career.
