Make it five straight wins for the Minnesota Lynx after they defeated the Phoenix Mercury 75-64 Friday night in Minneapolis.

Five straight wins has the Lynx back to .500 with a 9-9 record, a tremendous surge following an 0-6 start to the season. And it sets the stage for their biggest test yet when they host the 16-2 Las Vegas Aces on Sunday at 6 p.m.

Napheesa Collier, who had scored 30+ points in three of the last four games, led Minnesota with 12 points, 12 rebounds, five assists and three steals against the Mercury, who fell to a WNBA worst 3-14 this season.

Las Vegas lost for just the second time all season on Friday, losing 80-78 to the Dallas Wings. Dallas hit a pair of free throws with less a second remaining to pull the upset.
