The Minnesota state baseball tournament will get underway this week with 32 teams from eight classes vying for a state championship.
The top seeds in the tournament are South Ridge (Class A), Esko (Class AA), New Prague (Class AAA) and Rosemount (Class AAAA).
This year's tournament will begin on Tuesday at various sites throughout the state. Here's a look at this year's brackets.
Class A
All games played at Joe Faber Field in St. Cloud
- 10:30 a.m. – No. 2 New Ulm Cathedral vs. Yellow Medicine East
- 1 p.m. – No. 3 Lyle-Pacelli vs. Hinkley Finlayson
- 3:30 p.m. – No. 1 South Ridge vs. Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa
- 6 p.m. – No. 4 Legacy Christian Academy vs. No. 5 Fosston
Class AA
All games played at Dick Putz Field in St. Cloud
- 10 a.m. – No. 2 Fairmont vs. Belle Plaine
- 12:30 p.m. – No. 3 Foley vs. Perham
- 3 p.m. – No. 1 Esko vs. St. Agnes
