Karl-Anthony Towns breaks Wolves single-season scoring record

By the time he is all said and done Karl-Anthony Towns may own the majority of the Timberwolves' records. He broke another one Tuesday night.

Without Russell Westbrook the first half of the Timberwolves game against Oklahoma City Tuesday night was only slightly more interesting than an NBA preseason game.

However, one of the highlights came early, when Timberwolves second-year star Karl-Anthony Towns broke the team's single-season scoring record with this bucket in the first quarter.

Another bucket, another record broken for @KarlTowns! Congrats to the new franchise all time single-season point leader! ???????????? pic.twitter.com/102YVVQ7Ua

The bucket gave Towns 2,011 points this season, breaking Kevin Love's single-season record of 2,010 points in 2013-14.
