Watch: A 15-year-old KAT interviewing Kevin Durant
Karl-Anthony Towns recently joined Adrian Wojnarowski of the Vertical Podcast to break down the Timberwolves' season.
But Wojnarowski kicked off the podcast by bringing up a blast from the past.
When KAT was just 15 years old, he was invited by MSG Network (a station that covered high school sports in the tri-state area) to interview his idol Kevin Durant.
"To be able to go over there and meet my favorite NBA player was a true special honor," Towns said to Wojnarowski. "To come full circle and I'm playing against him in the NBA and having great battles against the Warriors and OKC."

Durant remembers interviewing Towns, telling Yahoo! Sports in 2015 that he was, "Wise beyond his years. That was something I picked up on, really, as soon as I started talking to him."
