What we learned in Anthony Edwards' GQ interview
You can add bowling to the list of activities Timberwolves budding superstar Anthony Edwards is good at, at least according to him.
We all have seen the basketball prowess by now but in a recent video for GQ Edwards claims his bowling skills are good enough to "compete with the best players in the world," despite only picking the game up around a year ago.
"Me and my dude, Jarred Vanderbilt, we used to always go bowling," Edwards continued. "He trash but it's fun to go."
As well as his growing bowling skills, Ant revealed he eats three bags of Chesters Hot Fries a day. Not sure which is worse the fast food or hot fries consumption, but who are we to argue with the 21-year-old averaging a 24.7 points per game in his third season?
The "most important thing" in Ant's life is his 2-year-old English bulldog named Ant Jr., who Edwards refers to as his son. Edwards says Ant Jr. is "the most loyal dog I've ever met in my life." Yet when it comes time for Ant Jr. to choose between him and his girlfriend, the former first overall pick says "He always chooses her over me for some reason. I don't get it."
On the music front, Ant says the top three artists he's listening to right now are his brother bdifferent, Lil Baby and Future. His go-to pre game listening though is Nicki Minaj.
"Just shuffle it. I don't have a favorite song. I just lover her music."
