2013 MLB Draft: Who will Twins pick at No. 4?

The Minnesota Twins, based on their 2012 record, will have the fourth overall pick in the 2013 Major League draft this week.

Who will it be?

Most mock drafts have Minnesota selecting Texas high school star Kohl Stewart, a right-handed power pitcher who is widely considered the best prep hurler in the nation.

The only hangup: Stewart has committed to play for Texas A & M University. But some say a $4.5 million payday may lure Stewart -- and his 93 mile-per-hour fastball -- to the Twins minor league system.

If Stewart is the pick, Twins Centric writer Jeremy Nygaard projects him to be in the rotation for the 2017 season.

Other prizes in the 2013 draft include Stanford pitcher Mark Appel, Oklahoma starter Jonathan Gray and University of San Diego third baseman Kris Bryant.
