Luis Arráez drove in three runs as the Minnesota Twins evened their series with the Cleveland Indians with an 8-7 victory on Friday night.

The Twins sent Danny Coulombe to the mound for Friday's game after he was recalled from Triple-A St. Paul. The left-hander got off to a rocky start when Ahmed Rosario hit a solo shot and Bobby Bradley hit a two-run homer in the first inning to give Cleveland a 3-0 lead.

The Twins chipped into the lead with a sacrifice fly from Josh Donaldson in the first inning but took control with four runs in the third.

After Arraez hit an RBI triple and Donaldson tied the game with an RBI single, Alex Kirilloff delivered the exclamation point with a two-run bomb that put the Twins ahead 5-3.

The Indians tied the game in the fourth when Austin Hedges hit a two-run single before Eddie Rosario gave Cleveland a 6-5 lead with a solo homer in the fifth inning.

But the Twins stormed back with a Nelson Cruz single in to tie the game in the fifth before Arráez put the Twins up for good with a two-run double in the sixth.

Bo Naylor hit a solo bomb in the ninth to make things interesting but Hansel Robles recovered to secure the victory. The Twins (32-43) will send Kenta Maeda to the mound on Saturday afternoon against Sam Hedges in the third game of the series.
