Emilio Pagan allowed a grand slam to Josh Outman in the seventh inning and the Twins lost to the Dodgers 7-3 Wednesday afternoon.

The slam broke a 3-3 tie and gave the Dodgers the series, winning two of the three games between the interleague foes.

Minnesota’s run came on homers by Byron Buxton and Joey Gallo in the fourth and sixth innings, respectively. The third run was scored when Willi Castro stole third and advanced home on a throwing error.

Pagan walked two batters to load the bases before Outman hit the grand slam.

Sonny Gray started for the Twins and gave up two runs in four innings. His ERA rose from 1.39 to 1.64, which remains one of the best among AL starters this season.
