Justin Morneau fans will want to be at Target Field or watching on TV when the Twins play the White Sox May 23, as that's the day Morneau will be inducted into the Twins Hall of Fame.

Morneau, the American League MVP with the Twins in 2006, was elected to the prestigious club, with the team announcing Friday that he'll soon become the 34th member of the Twins Hall of Fame.

Concussions limited what Morneau was able to do in his career, but he still ranks fourth in team history with 221 home runs. Even after his time in Minnesota ended, he went on to win a batting title with the Colorado Rockies in 2014.

Morneau, who makes his home in Minnesota, is now a part-time analyst with FOX Sports North.
