The San Francisco Giants opened a three-game series with a 15-1 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers on Friday night and the Giants social media team couldn't wait to spread the news.

The Giants sent out a tweet that said "Big win in Wisconsin," accompanied by a fancy graphic that had the Milwaukee skyline in the background, featuring iconic Wisconsin landmarks such as the IDS Building and the Foshay Tower and...

Wait a second...that's not Milwaukee. That's the Minneapolis skyline!

Yep, the Giants screwed up. Perhaps somebody forgot to change the template after the Giants took two of three games from the Twins at Target Field or maybe they just wanted to put a more beautiful city on the graphic instead of one that has a stadium that was just compared to the mess in Oakland.

Either way, it's an embarrassing mistake and one that many fans were quick to point out on social media.

If you threw up in your mouth a little after being compared to Milwaukee, you're not alone. Some Brewers fans have demanded retaliation toward the Giants, asking their social media team to mistake San Francisco for another West Coast city.

You would think that a team that is located minutes away from the Googleplex would hop online to check their work, but here we are. Either way, the Giants will look for another win against the Brewers (and a picture of Milwaukee) when they continue their series on Saturday night.
