Aaron Rodgers surprises Wisconsin teacher for her act of kindness

He may play for the Packers, but Aaron Rodgers is not a bad guy.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers offered a generous gift to a Madison, Wisconsin, preschool teacher for her lifesaving act of kindness to one of her students.

Dena Carreyn had been seeking out a kidney transplant for her 4-year-old daughter, Lyla, who has a disorder called microscopic polyangiitis which has severely damaged her kidneys.

The family looked all around the country for the right donor but it turned out Lyla's teacher, Beth Battista was a match and was more than willing to donate one of her kidneys.

Lyla's story was featured on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, on which it was revealed the Madison teacher is a huge fan of the Green Bay Packers and Aaron Rodgers.

When Rodgers heard about the courageous act, he invited Beth and her family to Green Bay for a Packers game and the opportunity to meet the Super Bowl winning quarterback.
