Report: Kirk Cousins to begin talks with Atlanta /

Is it a last-minute negotiating tactic or is Kirk Cousins about to start talking with the Atlanta Falcons?

According to a 9:30 a.m. CT report from Dianna Russini of The Athletic, Cousins "will hit free agency and begin discussions with Atlanta as soon as the tampering window opens in 90 minutes."

The legal negotiating window opens at 11 a.m. CT Monday. At that point, teams are allowed to discuss and agree to terms, though no deals can be finalized until the new league year begins at 3 p.m. CT on Wednesday, March 13.

Is this it for Cousins in Minnesota?
