Former Minnesota Vikings tight end Kyle Rudolph has reportedly agreed to terms on a two-year deal with the New York Giants.

NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reports that Rudolph's contract will have a maximum value of $14 million. That number is slightly less than the $7.65 million he was due to get with the Vikings this season.

The Vikings released Rudolph earlier this month after nine seasons with the team. Rudolph ranks fifth all-time in franchise history in receptions and touchdowns and 10th in receiving yards.

With Rudolph headed to New York, the Vikings will rely on 2019 draft picks Irv Smith Jr. and Tyler Conklin to fill his role.
