Another Kevin O'Connell victory speech has the Minnesota Vikings and fans fired up and this one carried some extra intensity when he complimented Kirk Cousins for his 378-yard performance in Minnesota's 22-17 over the vaunted San Francisco 49ers.

"No hesitation. Shoot your shot. Every single play, you are prepared and ready," O'Connell said in the speech, which the Vikings released on social media.

"Complimentary football is a beautiful thing and we just felt it at the highest level. We gotta be ready to package this feeling up. Bottle it up. Everything we work for, every guy in here doing everything they can to lean into the guy next to them and good things are going to happen for this team."

O'Connell gave game balls to the entire offense line, tight end T.J. Hockenson, wide receiver Jordan Addison, edge rusher Danielle Hunter and safety Cam Bynum before saving the last game ball for Cousins, at the same time releasing emotional fire with every word about his QB.

"I called a lot of passes tonight. Kirk Cousins was hot and we were going to let him deal" O'Connell said before acknowledging that the O-line didn't allow a sack.

"It's one of those nights and it just happened to be against one of the best defenses in the league," he continued, "but when we needed this guy over and over again, he would not be denied! On Monday Night Football!"
