Watch: Randy Moss discussing the 'Lambeau Moon' around a fire

It never paid to piss off Randy Moss, as the Green Bay Packers found out to their cost in the 2005 Wild Card Game.
Scoring a 4th quarter touchdown in the Vikings' 31-17 win in Green Bay, Moss went to the posts and pretended to moon the Packers faithful.
It became dubbed "The Lambeau Moon," led to a fine for Moss, and famously sent Joe "Disgusting Act" Buck into a paroxysm of pearl clutching.
On Saturday, former Vikings quarterback Tommy Kramer posted video from a fireside chat with Moss, who revealed more about inspiration for his cheeky display.
It all stemmed from the two regular season games between the Vikings and Packers, which the Packers won and Moss was injured for both.
In the first meeting at Lambeau that season, Moss says the Vikings were firstly subjected to "so much crap" from tailgating fans outside the stadium. And when it came to the game itself, the University of Wisconsin marching band goaded the injured Moss on the sidelines with a refrain of "Where you at, Moss?"
Moss didn't forget, saying he was "still furious" about it when the Packers arrived at the Metrodome in the penultimate game of the 2004 regular season, which Green Bay won 34-31, with Moss annoyed by some of the Vikings fans who sold their tickets to Packers fans so "all we heard was 'Go Packers'."

With the pair then meeting in the Wild Card game, Moss says the Vikings were heading into Lambeau on the bus when they saw "probably 10 white asses sitting out" on a hill near the stadium, "nothing but 10 moons," he said, much to the amusement of the Vikings on the bus.
All these factors ultimately led up to the moment he fake-mooned Lambeau, with Moss saying he "pushed off" one of his teammates who had come to celebrate his touchdown.
"I need this moment," he said. "I still haven't forgotten 'where you at Moss?'"
"That whole week in practice I didn't say nothing, you just watch me play," Moss said.
"The bad part is I'm not gonna pull my pants down, I just fake mooned him. I was thinking it was all in fun."
Joe Buck thought differently.
