The Minnesota Wild broke in their new retro reverse jerseys with a win as Jonas Brodin ripped an overtime winner to fuel a 4-3 win over the Colorado Avalanche on Sunday night.

The Wild debuted their reverse retro jerseys as a tribute to the Noth Stars, but things didn't get off to a great start at Xcel Energy Center. Joonas Donskoi put the Wild in an early hole with his fifth goal of the season, but Minnesota responded with Jordan Greenway's second goal of the year to send the Wild into the locker room tied at 1-1 after a period.

The Wild came out of the locker room strong in the second period as Victor Rask gave Minnesota the lead with his second goal of the season.

The Wild's lead didn't last long as Cale Makar scored his first goal of the season to tie things up at 2-2. That score lasted until the third period when Brandon Saad scored his fifth goal of the season to put Colorado on top, but Rask scored his second goal of the night to eventually send things to overtime.

In the extra frame, it only took 18 seconds before Brodin scored the game winner off a feed from Kirill Kaprizov.

The Wild improved to 6-4 with Sunday's win and will look to continue Sunday's momentum in a Tuesday meeting with the Avalanche in Denver.
