Ever since Dylan Raiola de-committed from Ohio State, speculation has been rampant as to where the consensus No. 1 player in the 2024 college football recruiting rankings could be trending, and there now appears to be a unanimous opinion on that subject.

The current leader to sign the five-star quarterback is two-time defending College Football Playoff national champion Georgia, after all six of the 247Sports recruiting analysts who made predictions are projecting Raiola to pick the Bulldogs.

Four of the six analysts are a perfect 100 percent when making their predictions for the 2024 cycle while 247Sports director of football recruiting Steve Wiltfong has a success rate of 99.16 percent so far this cycle.

The predictions follow a general trend among the services, which have gone back and forth between Georgia and Nebraska in recent weeks, with the Bulldogs moving decisively in the lead.

Georgia currently ranks No. 1 in the College Football HQ recruiting rankings for the 2024 class after earning the pledge of top-ranked cornerback Ellis Robinson, among other high-profile defensive commitments.

Who's in the race?

The unanimous agreement on Raiola's destination follows a similar trend at the On3 Sports Recruiting Prediction Machine, which also favors Georgia to sign the quarterback with 67 percent likelihood. USC is second at 20.1 percent.

Nebraska, considered a favorite so far, has moved down to fourth place on the RPM projections, with the Cornhuskers sitting at 5.0 percent. Ohio State is third at 6.5 percent to re-sign its former pledge.

The quarterback's father, Dominic, was a Rimington Trophy award winner at Nebraska and his uncle is currently the offensive line coach with the Cornhuskers.

Raiola also met with USC head coach Lincoln Riley and current Trojans quarterback Caleb Williams when in Los Angeles recently.

But Georgia has reportedly earned Raiola's interest as the site of his first official visit after he spoke very highly about the program after the national championship.

Dylan Raiola recruiting profile

The five-star quarterback passed for 3,241 yards with 32 touchdown passes and rushed for nine additional scores in 12 games as a sophomore.

Raiola hit over 64 percent of his throws for 2,435 yards with 22 touchdowns with five interceptions in his junior campaign.

All four major recruiting services — 247Sports, Rivals, ESPN, and On3 Sports — call Raiola the No. 1 quarterback in the 2024 cycle.

Three of the four named him the No. 1 overall prospect in the class, with On3 dissenting, calling Raiola the No. 7 overall player.
