How did we do? Our predictions for the AP top 25
Where we left off: Last week's AP top 25
AP top 25 biggest movers
USC (Down 6). The Trojans are sinking in the polls after a second-straight loss, this time to their nemesis Utah, which has won the last 3 in the series.
LSU (Up 4). The defending SEC West champs thrashed Army heading into the open week before a showdown at Alabama.
Tennessee (Down 4). Despite building a lead at Alabama in the first half, the Vols couldn't stem the Tide's comeback.
Missouri (Up 4). Still at No. 2 in the SEC East after taking down the Gamecocks.
North Carolina (Down 7). An expected drop for the Tar Heels after a shocking loss at home to Virginia, which had won just 1 game.
James Madison (Unranked). The Dukes are still perfect at 7-0 but are ineligible for a bowl game since making the move from FCS to FBS.
Penn State (Down 3). The Lions have a game at Michigan coming up in 2 weeks to gain some headway in the Big Ten East pecking order.
